Scripps National Spelling Bee 2024:
The Colfax School wide Scripps Spelling Bee was held on Thursday, January 11,
2024 at 1:00 PM in the Colfax High School Library. Congratulations to all of our
participants!
Our Champion was Makenna Ross (6 th Grade)
2 nd Place was Daisy Sunshine (7 th Grade)
3 rd place was Leni Guidaboni (5 th Grade)
Makenna Ross (6 th Grader) will compete on February 8, 2024, at CESA #11 Regional
Spelling Bee! Good luck Makenna! The Regional Spelling Bee will take place at the
CESA #11 Building at 225 Osterman Drive, Turtle Lake , WI 54889. There will be
two CESA #11 Regional Spelling Bees for all of the CESA #11 schools. Makenna
will compete in the afternoon session, registration starts at 12:45 PM and the
Spelling Bee begins at 1:00 PM.
