FBLA Goals

  • Develop competent, aggressive business leadership.
  • Strengthen the confidence of students in themselves and their work.
  • Create more interest in and understanding of American business enterprise.
  • Encourage members in the development of individual projects which contribute to the improvement of home, business, and community.
  • Develop character, prepare for useful citizenship, and foster patriotism.
  • Encourage and practice efficient money management.
  • Encourage scholarship and promote school loyalty.
  • Assist students in the establishment of occupational goals.
  • Facilitate the transition from school to work.

February 2-- Regional Leadership Conference and Competitions at Cameron High School

April 15-16 -- State Leadership Conference and Competitions at Chula Vista Resort, Wisconsin Dells

Conduct business meetings

Attend fall leadership workshops

Network with area business leaders
Field trips to area businesses

Service Projects
Trick or Treat with children in the community for Halloween
Raise money for charitable causes
Gift giving at holidays for families in need
Collect food for local food pantry


Financial Management/Fundraising
Run concession stands for athletic events
Conduct other fundraising efforts as needed

Membership Recognition
Bulletin board outside cafeteria provides membership listing/involvement
FBLA Week celebrated to recognize members
